本文件适用于长度不大于300 mm,横截面矩形面积为0.03 mm 2~7.2 mm 2的样品,相当于宽度为1.0 mm~12.0 mm,厚度为0.03 mm~0.6 mm的复合超导体。复合超导体在标准测量环境下的Ic不大于300 A,n-值大于5。
注: 标准测量环境指测量过程中,被测样品浸泡在液氮中,没有外部磁场。

This document is applicable to newly manufactured digital input electricity meters installed and used in 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks, connected through Electronic Transformer (ET) or Stand-alone Merging Unit (SAMU), and digital inputs conforming to the specifications in the DL/T 860.92 or GB/T 20840.9.
This part of GB/T 17215.3 specifies classifications, technical requirements, accuracy indices and their test methods for static harmonic active energy meters (hereinafter referred as "meter").
It applies to static meters designed to measure and register electrical energy including fundamental wave active energy and positive / negative total harmonic active energy of 2nd to n th order harmonics on 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks with a voltage up to 600 V. It applies only to the type tests of newly manufactured meters.
This standard applies to meters in which their measuring element and display are enclosed in the same meter case for indoor and outdoor application. If the meter has other functional elements, like all components electrical energy registers, maximum demand indictors, registers for multi-tariff, etc. then the relevant standards for these elements also apply.
