本标准规定了表面活性剂初级生物降解度的试验方法。本标准适用于测定具有磺酸基和硫酸基的阴离子表面活性剂，聚氧乙烯基团单链EO加合数为 3~40 和二、三、四链总EO加合数6~60的表面活性剂，烷基糖苷类表面活性剂，阳离子与两性离子表面活性剂，脂肪酸类表面活性剂，具较丰富泡沫的表面活性剂和可以有效降低水的表面张力的表面活性剂的生物降解度。本标准也适用于洗涤剂中上述表面活性剂生物降解度的测定。

This standard specifies a method for the determination of primary biodegradability of surfactants.
This standard is applicable to determining the biodegradability of anionic surfactants with sulphate or sulphonate group; surfactants characterized by single polyoxyethylen chain with ethylene oxide (EO) number ranging from 3 to 40,or those with multiple polyoxyethylene (di-,tri-,quad-) chains with total EO number ranging from 6 to 60; alkylpolyglycosides; cationic and amphoteric surfactants; fatty acid surfactants and surfactants capable of either producing rich foam or effectively reducing water surface tension.This standard is also applicable to determining the biodegradability of above surfactants in detergents.
