This part is applicable to Oolong tea,which possess specific quality characteristics,produced by young shoots (with resting buds preferred) of Camellia sinensis (L.) O.Kuntze,with appropriate processes,as notably withering,fine manipulation,fixation,rolling (packed rolling) and drying,etc.
