This standard specifies the basic principles for integrating environmental aspects into laboratory instruments and equipment products, and special requirements for environmental consciousness design of refrigerated circulators, refrigerated baths, heated circulators, heated liquid baths, climatic chambers for biological applications, climatic and environmental test chambers, refrigerated incubators, ovens, proximate analyzer, laboratory centrifuges, salt baths shakers, oxygen bomb calorimeters and balances.
This standard is applicable to the environmental consciousness design of laboratory instruments and equipment products (hereinafter referred to as “products”).
