【国家标准】 铁路客车通用技术条件

This standard specifies the terms and definitions，basic requirements，material requirements，structure and performance of each part，painting and marking，inspection methods and rules for standard gauge railway passenger cars.
This standard is applicable to the general-purpose passenger cars which are newly built with a maximum running speed not greater than 200 km/h and operating on standard gauge railways.For special-purpose cars，maintenance cars，test cars and passenger cars used on international services，reference can be made hereto.
